| 摘 要： | 收集2009年浙江省疟疾疫情资料进行分析。结果全年发现疟疾225例,年发病率为0.47/10万;"三热"病人血检阳性率为0.17/万;输入病例占总病例数的92.45%;共监测到恶性疟51例,较2008年增加19例。浙江省需继续加强监测力度并采取多种疟疾防制措施,以逐步实现消除疟疾目标。

| Abstract: | The data of malaria epidemic, blood examinations of fever patients, case study and vector investigation were collected and analyzed in all counties （cities, districts） of Zhejiang Province, 2009. There were 225 malaria patients and the annual incidence was 0.47/100 000. The parasite positive rate in ＂three-fever＂ patients was 1.70%~, and the import cases accounted for 92.45%. There were 51 falciparum malaria patients in 2009 and with 19 eases increasing compared with that in 2008. In conclusion, it is also necessary to intensify the surveillance of malaria in Zhejiang Province. |
