黄芪丹参加常规护肝药治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化

目的观察黄芪、丹参加常规护肝药治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化的效果。方法随机将血吸虫肝纤维化患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予血吸虫病原治疗后,对照组使用常规护肝药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用黄芪、丹参注射液。疗程结束后通过血清纤维化指标及B超检查,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原、Ⅳ型胶原、层黏连蛋白水平较治疗前均显著下降,而对照组治疗前后变化不显著。治疗组肝回缩率及肝实质改善率分别为74.1%和32.4%,对照组为23.7%和6.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P均(0.05)。结论黄芪、丹参加常规护肝药治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化,效果优于单纯使用常规护肝药治疗,有较高的临床应用价值。

Effect of Huangqi and Danshen combined with routine liver protection drugs on schistosomiasis liver fibrosis

Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi and Danshen combined with routine liver protection drugs on schistosomiasis liver fibrosis.Methods The patients with schistosomiasis liver fibrosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The patients in the 2 groups were both given pathological treatment.After that,the patients in the control group were treated with routine liver protection drugs and the patients in the treatment group were given Huangqi and Danshen besides that.After the treatment course,the effects of the 2 groups were compared through serum liver fibrosis indexes and B-ultrasound.Results After treatment,the levels of 4 serum fibrosis indexes including HA,CPⅢ,Ⅳ-C and LN of the patients in the treatment group decreased significantly,while there was no obvious change in the control group.The liver retraction rate and recovery rate of liver parenchyma in the treatment group were 74.1% and 32.4%,respectively,while those in the control group were 23.7% and 6.8%,respectively,and the differences between them were statistically significant（both P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Huangqi and Danshen combined with routine liver protection drugs on schistosomiasis liver fibrosis is better than that of routine liver protection drugs singly.
