| 摘 要： | 目的：对比两种胰岛素强化治疗对老年糖尿病的效果。方法：选取54例年龄大于60岁得糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,分别予以诺和锐联合甘精胰岛素（A组）和胰岛素泵（B组）治疗并对比分析。结果：B组血糖达标时间优于A组,统计学分析有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗前及治疗后两组各点血糖均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组患者血糖水平明显下降,各点与同组治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,B组血糖达标时间优于A组,统计学分析有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：积极的胰岛素强化,可以有效的稳定血糖,改善自身胰岛细胞功能。其中诺和锐用于胰岛素泵治疗老年糖尿病与诺和锐联合甘精胰岛素相比较,所需时间更短且安全性更佳。
