| 摘 要： | 目的 研究四君子汤对衰老小鼠脑组织caspase-3表达及活性的影响.方法 雄性KM小鼠分为青年对照组、老年对照组和四君子汤组.四君子汤组每日灌胃四君子汤,其余两组动物灌胃等量蒸馏水,共8 w.应用免疫组化法检测海马caspase-3表达,分光光度法检测caspase-3酶活性.结果 与青年对照组比较,老龄对照组小鼠海马caspase-3阳性细胞明显增多(P<0.05),脑组织caspase-3活性升高(P<0.01);与老龄对照组比较,四君子汤组海马caspase-3表达减少(P<0.05),脑caspase-3活性下降(P<0.01).结论 四君子汤可能减慢细胞凋亡速度延缓衰老.
