2005～2007年镇江市国家级血吸虫病监测点疫情监测

目的掌握镇江市全国血吸虫病监测点疫情变化情况。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的方法,2005～2007年每年对镇江市2个国家级血吸虫病监测点丹徒区三洲村和扬中市石城村开展螺情、病情等纵向观察并进行分析。结果2005年有螺面积、活螺密度、阳性螺密度、血检阳性率分别为38.4 hm2、3.76只/0.1 m2、0.014 8只/0.1 m2、4.60%;2007年分别为41.9 hm2、2.40只/0.1 m2、0.012 8只/0.1 m2、2.07%;活螺密度与血检阳性率在防治措施实施后略有下降。丹徒监测点家畜感染率较高,耕牛感染率为21.1%,羊感染率为5.3%。结论3年血吸虫病疫情监测显示,人群病情相对稳定并维持在较低水平,监测区江滩综合治理和传染源监测等工作仍需进一步加强。

Surveillance of schistosomiasis in national surveillance sites of Zhenjiang City,2005-2007

From 2005 to 2007,a longitudinal survey of snail status and morbidity of schistosomiasis was carried out in the two national schistosomiasis surveillance sites of Zhenjiang City,namely Sanzhou Village in Dantu District and Shicheng Village in Yangzhong City according to the National Surveillance Scheme on Schistosomiasis.After the implementation of control measures of snail control,chemotherapy and health education,the density of living snails and positive rate of serum examination declined.However,the infection rate of domestic animals was high in surveillance site of Dantu District,the infection rates of cattle and sheep were 21.1% and 5.3%,respectively.The surveillance showed the morbidity of schistosomiasis in human populations was stable and remained at a low level.Comprehensive measures for schistosomiasis control and surveillance for source of infection should be strengthened in marshland of the surveillance sites.
