扬州市输入性恶性疟现状及防制对策

目的了解扬州市输入性恶性疟流行动态,提出防制对策,为进一步加强输入性恶性疟防控工作提供依据。方法收集2005-2009年扬州市疟疾年报表及个案调查表进行统计分析。结果 2005-2009年扬州市输入性恶性疟病例数分别为1、0、7、2、26例,全年均有发病。患者均为男性,80%以上的患者集中在20～50岁年龄段。病例主要分布在宝应、江都、邗江等地。结论扬州市输入性恶性疟发病呈上升趋势。要加大宣传和培训力度,提高防病意识和诊断准确率,规范治疗,做好输入性恶性疟的防控与管理。

Imported falciparum malaria and control strategies in Yangzhou City

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of imported falciparum malaria in Yangzhou City,and put forward control strateties,so as to provide evidence for further control of imported falciparum malaria.Methods The annual sheets and case investigation tables of malaria in Yangzhou City from 2005 to 2009 were collected and analyzed.Results The number of imported falciparum malaria cases were 1,0,7,2,26,respectively in Yangzhou City,from 2005 to 2009.And cases were found all through the year.All cases were male,and more than 80% focused on 20-50 years old.Cases were mainly distributed in Baoying,Jiangdu,Hanjiang District.Conclusions The incidence of imported falciparum malaria exhibits ascending trend.Strengthening of publicity and training,improvement of disease-prevention consciousness and accuracy of diagnosis,as well as standardized treatment should be carried out for prevention,control and management of imported falciparum malaria.
