| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤标志物CA199、CA242及CA50联合检测对胰腺癌早期临床诊断的价值。方法检测48例胰腺癌患者及48例健康体检者血清中三种肿瘤标志物的含量。结果与健康体检者相比,胰腺癌患者血清中CA199、CA242及CA50的含量均显著升高(P<0.05);任意两项联合检测的敏感性和特异性均高于单一检测,CA199+CA242+CA50的敏感性和特异性高于单一检测及两项联合检测。结论肿瘤标志物CA199、CA242及CA50联合检测可提高胰腺癌诊断的灵敏性和特异性,对胰腺癌的早期诊断具有一定的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the early diagnostic the value of combined deteminations of tumor markers CA199,CA242 and CA50 levels in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods The levels of tumor markers of CA199,CA242 and CA50 were determined in 48 patients with pancreatic canner and 48 heathy volunners.Results The levels of CA199,CA242 and CA50 in patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those of normal controls(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of any double items in combination were higher than those of any single item determination.The sensitivity and specificity of CA199+CA242+CA50 were the highest in those of any single item determination and in combination.Conclusion With combined determination of CA199,CA242 and CA50,the sensitivity and specificity were enhanced.which is clinically valuable for early diagnostic of pancreatic canner. |
