黄五漱口液对化疗所致口腔炎预防效果观察

目的：观察黄五漱口液含漱对恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致口腔炎的预防效果。方法：将肿瘤化疗患者189例随机分为甲、乙、丙3组，甲组63例用黄五漱口液含漱，乙组60例用朵贝尔氏液含漱，丙组66例不做处理，观察3组患者的口腔炎发生率及口腔炎构成。结果甲、乙、丙3组口腔炎发生率分别为4．76％，16．67％，24．24％；甲、乙两组比较x^2＝4．61，P＜0．05；乙、丙两组比较x^2=1.10，P＜0．05；甲、丙两组比较x^2＝9．74，P＜0．01。结论：黄五漱口液含漱能更有效地预防口腔炎的发生。

The Effect Observation of Prevention and Cure to Inflammation of Buccal Cavity Caused by Chemotherapy Through Gargling the Huangwu Gargle

Purpose: Observation of the prevention and cure effect to inflammation of buccal cavity caused by chemotherapy for the pationts with malignant tumour through gargling the Huangwu Gargle. Method: Dividing the 189 patients with malignant tumour who need chemotherapy into groups A,B and C on random. In group A,63 patients garle with the Huangwu ga-ragle, 60 patients in group B gargle with Dobell,and 66 patients in group C give no treatment. Observe the occurence rate and composition of inflammation of buccal cavity among the three groups. ResultS:the occarence rate in groups A,B and C is 4. 76%,16. 67% and 24. 24% respectively. The comparison between groups A and B: X2=4. 61,P<0. 05; the comparison between groups B and C:X2 = 1. 10,P<0. 05; and the comparison between groups A and C:X2= 9. 74,P<0. 01. Conclusion; Gargling the Huangwu Gargle can prevent and cure the inflammation of buccal cavity caused by chemotherapy to the patients with malignant tumour.
