| 摘 要： | 目的对伟力计算机辅助精液分析系统的性能进行评估。方法选择20例临床精液标本,对仪器的重复性、准确性进行测定,同时与经典手工法进行对照,并进行统计学处理。结果仪器的重复性较好,准确性与手工法比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论伟力计算机辅助精液分析系统的重复性及准确性较好,可以替代作为常规手工精液检查方法对男性生育能力进行评估。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate of weili color semen analysis system.Methods: 20 cases semen samples were repeated analyzed,and compared with routine handworked method.Results: The system have well repetition,the result showed no significant difference with routine handworked method.Conclusion: The computer analyses of semen have clinical significance in the diagnosis of infertile disease to substitute the routine handworked method. |
