小儿急性骨髓炎的超声诊断价值

目的探讨超声检查对小儿急性骨髓炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性研究18例小儿急性骨髓炎患者的超声检查资料，观测小儿急性骨髓炎的骨髓腔、骨质、骨膜及局部软组织的病变范围、内部回声及彩色血流信号。结果小儿急性骨髓炎中，发生于股骨6例，胫骨8例，肱骨3例，髂骨1例。超声影像显示骨质破坏，局部软组织水肿，骨膜下脓肿，骨髓腔及周围软组织积脓。结论骨膜下脓肿是急性骨髓炎的重要特征；超声是诊断小儿急性骨髓炎的有效影像学检查方法，在临床具有实用价值。

The value of ultrasonic diagnosis for acute osteomyelitis in young children

Objective To discuss the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of acute osteomyelitis in young children.Methods The ultrasonic data for acute osteomyelitis including the pathological change scope of medullary cavity of bones,ossein,periosteum and partial soft tissue and internal echoes and signals of colored blood stream in 18 young children were retrospectively studied.Results In young children with acute osteomyelitis,the lesions in thighbone were seen in 6 cases,in shinbone in 8 cases,in humerus in 3 cases and in ilium in 1 case.The ultrasonic image demonstrated that osteo-destruction,partial soft tissue dropsy,subperiosteal abscess,empyema in medullary cavity of bones and periphery soft tissue.Conclusion Subperiosteal abscess is the main feature of acute osteomyelitis,ultrasonography is an effective diagnostic method for diagnosis of acute osteomyelitis in young children,and it has practical value for clinical application.
