23例老年性粪性结肠梗阻手术的临床分析

目的探讨老年性粪性结肠梗阻手术治疗的临床特点与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析23例老年性粪性结肠梗阻患者手术的临床资料。结果本组治愈20例，死亡3例。术后并发症：肺部感染（11例），腹腔感染（5例），切口感染（6例），泌尿系感染（3例），吻合口漏（1例）。结论保守治疗不佳的老年性粪性结肠梗阻病情危重、易误诊，早期诊断、把握手术时机及正确的术式选择是提高本病治疗的关键。

Clinical analysis of operation for 23 elderly patients with stercoral obstruction of colon

Objective To investigate the clinical feature and treatments of the elderly patients with stercoral obstruction of colon.Methods Twenty-three elderly patients with stercoral obstruction of colon,who all underwent an emergency operation,were analyzed retrospectively in clinical data.Results Twenty cases were cured,3 cases died from septic shock accompanied with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Postoperative complications: pulmonary infection(11 cases),celiac abscess(5 cases),wound infection(6 cases),urinary system infection(3 cases) and anastomotic leakage(1 case).Conclusion The elderly with stercoral obstruction of colon which conservative therapy is inefficacy has a severe state of illness and high misdiagnosis rate.It is the key point in early diagnosing,grasping the opportunity of surgery and selecting correct operative manner.
