| 摘 要： | 目的]观察CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达变化,研究真武汤对肾阳虚型CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达的影响。方法]健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和真武汤组,采用腺嘌呤灌胃法建立肾阳虚慢性肾衰大鼠模型。成模后模型组及真武汤组大鼠每日上午继续灌服腺嘌呤,下午分别灌服生理盐水和真武汤连续21天后,采用免疫组化方法检测肾组织AQP1表达。结果]与对照组比较,模型组大鼠肾组织AQP1表达水平降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较真武汤组大鼠肾组织AQP1表达明显升高(P<0.05)。结论]CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达降低,真武汤能够提高慢性肾衰大鼠肾组织AQP1的表达水平。 |
