鸦胆子油合剂治疗放射性食管炎

中药鸦胆子油合剂治疗放射性食管炎为一新方法。放射性食管炎在颈、胸部肿瘤放射治疗中是最容易发生的并发症，目前尚无理想的治疗方法，本组于１９８８年１２月～１９９１年１２月收治食管癌放射治疗并发食管炎１４０例：上中段１１１例、中下段２９例，其中食管贲门癌５例，用鸦胆子油合剂（即鸦胆子油乳剂为主药＋维生素Ａ、Ｅ等为辅助剂）治疗，下中段伴有胃酸过多者配合吗丁啉，以饭前、睡前含服为好，取得较满意效果。

reatment of radiation-induced esophagitis with mixture of Brucea Fruit is a new method.It is one ofthe complications easily caused by radiotherapy.At present ,there is no satisfactory tretment for it.In thisarticle, 140 cases with radiation-induced esophagitis were hospitalized during December 1988-December1991 are reported,of whom 111 cases are in the upper-middle esophagus,29 cases are in the lower esopha-gus, including 5 cases o esophagus-cardia cancer. A satisfactory result has been achieved by treatmentwith the mixture of Brucea fruit(composed of the major mixture emulsion of oil Brucea Fruit and the mi-nor mixture of Vit A and Vit E)and added with motiliam which is best to be used before meal and sleep-ing,especially for those with excessive stomach acid.
