老年吸入性肺炎中超敏C反应蛋白的临床价值

目的探讨血清hs-CRP水平在老年AP患者诊治中的临床价值。方法对47例老年AP患者作为回顾性研究对象。比较其治疗前和治疗7-10d后肺炎痊愈或好转时hs-CRP水平（采用免疫荧光干式定量法测定血清Hs-CRP）,并与体温、WBC结果进行比较。结果治疗后血清hs-CRP水平（2.56±1.97）㎎/L显著低于治疗前水平（15.76±2.94）㎎/L,差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）治疗前Hs-CRP异常率为100%,显著高于中性粒细胞比率〉75%的阳性率46.80%,高于体温〉37.5℃的阳性率55.31%,P〈0.05。结论 hs-CRP可作为一项反映细菌感染的敏感指标,有助于老年AP的临床诊断和疗效观察。

Clincal Value of Serum Hs-CRP Level in the Diagnosis of Aspiration Pneumonia (AP) in Elderly Patients

【Objective】 To explore the clinical value of serum Hs-CRP level in the diagnosis of aspiration pneumonia（AP） in elderly patients.【Methods】 47 elderly AP patients were selected as research objects in this retrospective study,their serum Hs-CRP levels detected with immunofluorescent dry quantitative method were compared between the samples collected before and 7-10 days after treatment when at recovery or improved stage,an abnormality positive rate comparison with those of temperature and WBC was conducted.【Results】 The serum Hs-CRP level of the subjects after treatment was significantly lower than that of before treatment（2.56±1.97 vs 15.76±2.94㎎/L,P0.01）;The abnormality rate of serum Hs-CRP level before treatment was significantlt higher than that of the WBC（neutrophil percentage75%）（100% vs 46.80%,P0.05）,and that of temperature（37.5℃）（100% vs 55.31%,P0.05）.【Conclusion】 Serum Hs-CRP can be used as a sensitive indicator for bacterial infections and to improve the clinical diagnosis and efficacy observation for aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients.
