康复新液在中晚期食管癌放疗中的作用观察

摘    要:目的观察康复新液在放射治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法将88例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为对照组和实验组各44例,两组均采用适形放射治疗,照射剂量均为64-66GY/32-33F,6-7周内完成。实验组放疗同时口服康复新液10mL,每日3次,至放疗结束。结果对照组与实验组在治疗结束后肿瘤控制情况:对照组总缓解率(CR+PR)75%,实验组总缓解率(CR+PR)79.5%,两组无显著差异,但生存质量、治疗毒副反应减少方面的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论康复新液虽未能提高放疗疗效,但能减轻放疗反应,提高生存质量。

Abstract:【Objective】 To observe the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with radiotherapy in treating advanced esophageal cancer.【Methods】 Eighty-eight patients with esophageal cancer enrolled in this study were equally randomized into two group: the treatment group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid 10 mL orally three times a day during radiotherapy,the control group were treated with radiotherapy only.The irradiation dose was 64-66 Gy in 32-33 fractions over 6-7 weeks.【Results】 For the control group and the treatment group,the response rates were 75% and 79.5%,respectively.The difference of response rates was not significant between the two groups.The quality of life and acute radiation morbidity were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05).【Conclusion】 Kangfuxin liquid should improve the quality of life and acute radiation morbidity in the patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer.
