富血小板纤维蛋白对牙槽窝恢复的影响

目的探讨对于富血小板纤维蛋白（platelet-rich fibrin,PRF）的使用,评价PRF对拔牙创伤恢复的疗效。方法 200例埋伏智齿的拔除患者中,100例按照传统方法拔除,100例为患牙拔除后在拔牙窝中放入PRF膜。结果 100例传统方法拔除的患者随访1个月,在拔牙术后出血、渗血、疼痛明显,术后第二天肿胀,比较明显,术后一周后疼痛减轻;另100例为在拔牙窝中放入PRF膜,患者术后疼痛不明显,次日也未见明显的肿胀。结论使用PRF膜对埋伏智齿拔除术后有很好的消炎、止血、止疼、促进愈合的作用。
