膝骨关节炎关节镜术后康复治疗的临床研究

目的探讨膝骨关节炎（KOA）关节镜术后康复治疗对膝关节功能的影响。方法将60例KOA关节镜术后病人按诊疗先后随机分为综合组、理疗组与对照组各20例,综合组在膝关节腔内注入透明质酸钠注射液,进行康复训练、物理治疗;理疗组在膝关节腔内注入透明质酸钠注射液,进行物理治疗;对照组在膝关节腔内注入透明质酸钠注射液。治疗2个月后,观察疗效和治疗前后Lysholm膝关节综合评分变化情况。结果综合组膝关节功能改善程度明显优于理疗组和对照组。结论 KOA关节镜术后的康复治疗可加快膝关节功能的恢复。

Clinical study of rehabilitation training after knee arthroscopic operation

【Objective】 To investigate the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation training after knee arthroscopic operation on the impact of the function of the knee.【Methods】 Sixty patients with osteoarthritis of the knee after arthroscopy were divided into Integrated Group,physiotherapy group and the control group according to treatment,20 cases.Integrated group was injected into the knee joint injection of sodium hyaluronate、rehabilitation training and physical therapy.Physiotherapy group was injected into the knee joint injection of sodium hyaluronate and physical therapy.Control group was injected into the knee joint injection of sodium hyaluronate.After 8 weeks＇ treatment,Treatment and Lysholm score of knee joint were analyzed.【Results】 The improvement of knee joint function in the rehabilitation group were best than that in the physical therapy group and the control group.【Conclusion】 The rehabilitation treatment after knee arthroscopic operation can speed up the recovery of knee function.
