汕头市精神分裂症社区三年康复疗效分析

目的 探讨精神分裂症社区康复前后的疗效和方法。方法 对１２３例精神分裂症３年社区康复的治疗、病情、社会功能、社会影响、复发等进行比较，并与７９例社区自然状态下精神分裂症对照。结果：精神分裂症３年社区康复疗效显著，３年缓解率达８１．３％，复发率２０．０％；对照病例则无变化或恶化，缓解率２６．６％，复发率８２．６％。结论：社区康复对于精神分裂症控制病情，恢复社区功能，防止复发有明显作用。

Community based rehabilitation program for schizophrenia in Shantou:a three year follow up

Objective:To study of the efficacy of a community based rehabilitation program. Method:123 schizophrenia patients who had been treated with a community based rehabilitation program for three years were recruited.The clinical course,demographic background and social functioning were compared with 79 outpatient controls who didn't join the program. Results:The treatment did much better with significant improvement in 81 3% and clinical relapse in 20 0% while with the control group,there was significant improvement only in 26 6% and the relapse rate was 82 6% in three years. Conclusion:Community based rehabilitation program helps to maintain clinical remission,improve social functioning and reduce relapses in schizophrenic patients.
