成人安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形伴根尖周病患者治疗时机的选择

目的 通过回顾性研究分析曾患根尖周病的成人安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合]畸形矫治时机的选择。方法 选择42例符合试验纳入标准的患者病例，比较不同处理组完成矫治时间的差异和不同组患牙根尖周病复发的情况。结果 四个不同时间组完成矫治时间的差异无统计学意义。不同加载时机组均可见根尖周病的复发，复发率的差异也无统计学意义。结论 对伴根尖周病变的患牙经过完善的根管治疗后的成人安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合]畸形矫治开始加载的时间并无统一标准，检查X线影像和患牙临床症状仍是重点，但患者自身因素也是应考虑的内容。

The Study on Timing Select of Adult Class Ⅱ Division 1 Malocclusion Patients with Periapical Disease

Objective to study on timing select of Adult Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion patients with Periapical disease through a review of research and analysis. Methods Choose 42 cases of patients with the standard, compare the completed treatment time of different treatment group and relapse of the periapical disease different groups teeth. Results differenct completed times of the four groups was not statistically significant. Different units periapical disease recurrence rate of the difference was not significant. Conclusion There is no uniform standards time for adults Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion after root canal treatment,the X-ray and the clinical symptoms is still important,but the own factors also should be consided.
