干化学法测定谷丙转氨酶的方法学研究

摘    要:目的 建立干化学分析法在非固定采血点检测献血者血液丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)活性技术。方法 对干化学法的准确性 (包括线性 )和精密度进行方法学研究并与国际临床化学联合会 (IFCC)推荐的速率法进行比较。结果 干化学法测定ALT线性范围上限可达 10 0 0U/L ,对速率法测定出来的高值、临界值和低值标本进行批内检测 ,不精密度分别为 4 .5 9 %、3.2 4 %和 3.2 5 %。结论 干化学法与IFCC推荐速率法的测定结果近似 ,可以用于街头无偿献血的初步筛查

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for blood ALT assay using dry-chemical analysis. Methods The accuracy including linearity and precision of the dry-chemical analysis compared with those of kinetic method recommended by IFCC. Results The maximal limit of linear range for measuring ALT by dry-chemical analysis could reach 1000 U/L. The within-run imprecision was 4.59%,3.24% and 3.25% for high,critical and normal ALT values, respectively. Conclusions Dry-chemical analysis can be used for preliminary screening of blood donors.
