摘    要:用动物试验和人体试验方法研究了多种化合物对白纹伊蚊(Aedesalbopictus)剌叮行为的影响。比较了不同化合物完全阻止蚊虫剌叮(驱避)的时间。化合物ArA3的驱蚊时间最长,而且对淡色库蚊(Culexpipeinspalens)的驱避时间明显长于白纹伊蚊。测定了白纹伊蚊对一些化合物的50%反应剂量(RD50),在所试6种化合物中ArA3的RD50值最小,明显小于标准驱避剂DEET。试验还表明气流可改变化合物的驱避作用,随着气流速度增加,加速化合物的挥发,因而降低了驱避作用

Abstract:The effect has been studied of several aromaticamide and furanpropionamide compounds on biting behavior of Aedes albopictus with nacked arms and/or mice. On comparing the active provention time of the compounds ArA3 showed the best performence. The RD 50 values (dosage of 50% indivaduals responsed) of Aedes albopictus to some of the compounds were determined. Of the 6 compounds, the minimal RD 50 value was given out by ArA 3, much lower than that given by DEET. The active time of the compounds has been found to be influenced by wind. Higher airflow velocity would accelerate the volatilization, then shorten the active period.
