| 摘 要： | 目的：报告1997年6月－2001年5月应用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨折32例，方法：采用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折，闭合复位23例，切开复位9例。结果：随访半年以上23例，骨折全部愈合，结论：应用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折治愈率高，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of unreamed interlocking nail on fracture of tibia.Methods:All fractures were treated with unreamed interlocking nail.There were 23 cases with closed reduction and 9 with open reduction.Results:Twenty three patients were followed up for more than half a year and all fractures healed.Conclusion:Fracture of tibia was treated with unreamed intramedullary interlocking nail with a high cure rate and few complications. |
