从痰瘀互结论治冠心病的研究进展

从祖国医学方面探讨了痰、瘀致冠心病的机理，并且根据痰、瘀各自的病理特点和共同的致病脏腑，阐明了痰、瘀常常互相影响、胶结为病，为临床上痰瘀同治治疗冠心病提供理论依据；同时，通过对痰瘀互结型冠心病分型、治疗的总结，明确了痰瘀同治就是要治瘀又要治痰，两者兼顾而不能偏废某一个方面，这样才能达到理想效果。

Research Advances on Treating Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) from Phlegm and Blood-statsis

Based on the different pathological characteristic and the same pathogenesis Zang-fu of the phlegm and blood - statsis, This thesis discuss the mechanism of the phlegm and blood-statsis resulting in CHD, and elucidate that they usually affecte each other. All above provide the theoretical foundation for clinical treatment. Also, through the study of classifying and treatmenting CHD in TCM ,we consider that treating from phlegm and blood-statsis means we must treat blood-statsis as well as phlegm, both sides not only one, Only in this way can we achieve perfect curative effect,
