实验室分析前质量控制

目的探讨实验室分析前质量控制与临床的关系和对策。方法分析从医生开具检验申请单、患者准备、标本采集、标本运送、贮存等实验室分析前过程中每个环节对检验结果的影响。结果分析前各环节的质量控制是影响检验结果的重要因素,分析前的不规范引起的失误约占分析误差的50%～60%。结论临床实验室要获得准确可靠的检验结果离不开临床医生和护理人员的支持和配合。

Clinical Quality Control before Laboratory Analysis

Objective To discuss the relation and countermeasure between the quality control before test and analysis with clinic. Methods Analyze the affection from the process before test and analysis,which included examination application,preparation of the patients,specimen collecting,transferring and reserving. Results It was the important factor that the quality control before test and analysis affected the results of test,analytical error about 50% ～ 60% came from the process before test and analysis. Conclusion If we want to obtain exact and credible results in clinic lab,clinical doctors and nurses must provide with the support and cooperation.
