补体监测在肝癌病人诊断治疗中的意义

目的 :观察肝癌病人及肝癌术后病人血清补体含量变化及临床意义。方法 :对 40例肝癌病人、15例肝癌术后病人、10例肝硬化病人及 2 6例正常人血清的C3 、C4 、CH50 含量进行检测。结果 :肝癌病人血清中的C3 、C4 、CH50 水平明显高于对照组和肝硬化组 (P <0 .0 1) ;而肝癌术后病人血清C3 、C4 、CH50 含量则接近正常水平 ,与对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清补体的检测对肝癌的诊断、肝癌与肝硬化的鉴别诊断 ,及肝癌术后疗效的判断有一定的临床意义

Significance of Serum Complement Levels in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of serum complement levels in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and in patients after hepato carcinomectomy. Methods: 40 patients with hepatic cancer, 15 patients after hepato carcinomectomy, 10 patients with liver cirrhosis and 26 normal people were chosen to detect the levels of complement C 3, C 4, CH 50 . Results: The levels of serum C 3, C 4, CH 50 in the patients with hepatic cancer were markedly higher than in the control group and in the cirrhosis group (P<0.01), and the serum complement levels between the hepato carcinomectomy group and the control group were not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusions: The results indicate that measurement of serum complenent levels is of certain clinical significance for the diagnosis of hepatic cancer, differential diagnosis between hepatic cancer and liver cirrhosis, and treatment effectiveness and follow up evaluation of hepato carcinomectomy.
