RKIP在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的研究乳腺癌组织中Raf激酶抑制蛋白（raf kinase inhibitor protein，RKIP）的表达，探讨其表达与乳腺癌各临床病理因素之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法（S-P法）检测54例乳腺癌组织、22例癌旁乳腺组织、14例乳腺增生症组织中RKIP的表达，并对其与临床病理特征的关系进行统计学分析。结果RKIP主要表达于乳腺癌细胞的胞浆和胞浆膜部分。乳腺癌组织与癌旁乳腺组织、乳腺增生症组织中RKIP高表达的阳性率为51．9％，81．8％，100％，乳腺癌组织与两者比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。乳腺癌RKIP的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移相关（P〈0．05）。结论RKIP可能参与了乳腺癌的发生、发展过程。

Expression and clinical significance of RKIP in breast cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of Raf kinase inhibitor protein and their ralationship with clinical-pathologic parameters in breast cancer.Methods The expression of RKIP was examined in 54 cases of primary breast cancer,22 cases of adjacent noncancerous breast tissue and 14 cases of hyperpiasia of mammary glands tissues by using immunohistochemical techniques（s-p）. Results The immunostaining of RKIP localized mainly in cytoplasm and cytolemma.The strong positive expression rate of RKIP was significantly lower in breast carcinoma tissues than that in adjacent noncancerous breast tissues or hyperpiasia of mammary glands tissues （P〈0.05）and the rates were 51.9%（28/54）,81.8%（18/22） and 100%（14/14）,respectively the strong positive expression rate of RKIP was significantly lower in breast carcinomas with axillary lymph node metastasis than that in breast carcinoma without axillary lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The RKIP overexpression is probably related to carcinogenesis and metastasis of breast cancer.
