| 摘 要： | 目前气管切开术后内导管消毒仍使用传统的煮沸消毒法，其操作时间长，使气管内套管与外套管长时间脱离，易引起外套管内壁痰液结痂，阻塞气道，影响患者通气效果。为了达到彻底消毒，且提高工作效率的目的，我们采用3％双氧水溶液浸泡与煮沸消毒进行了对照。结果两种消毒方法效果相同。我们认为3％双氧水溶液消毒法具有快捷、方便的优点，较煮沸法在气管切开术后的临床护理中更为实用。

| Abstract: | At Present,sterilization of interior-casing after tracheotomy still use traditional boiling method,which lasts long time and makes interior-cashing seperating from exterior-cashing long. So phlegm scabs at medialis in exteriro-cashing are easily formed to block airway and affcet ventilation.To thoroughly disinfecting and raising efficiency, we used 3% perhydrol liquid soaking compared to boling method. The result showed that two methods had the same effect.We considered that 3% perhydral liquid sterilization mtehod has quick,convinient ad vantages and more practical than boiling method in climical nursing after tracheotomy. |
