| 摘 要： | 目的确定皮肤止痒片处方中金银花等药材的最佳水提取工艺条件。方法以绿原酸转移率及干浸膏收率为指标,用正交实验来考查加入量、提取时间、提取次数对绿原酸提取效果的影响。结果最佳提取条件为:16倍水,煎煮2次,每次1.5h。结论该工艺是稳定可行的。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the best water extracting technology for PiFuZhiYang tablets.METHODS Orthogonal design was used in optimizing the experiment condition for water quantity,extraction time and times,while total chlorogenic acid and extract dry weight were adopted as markers.RESULTSThe optimum extractions were: the medicine was extracted by adding 16 times water and for two times,with 1.5h for each time.CONCLUSIONThe best extracting technology we obtained is labile and applicable. |
