摘    要:目的 :对九龙藤Bauhiniachampionii的化学成分进行研究。方法 :利用硅胶柱分离纯化 ,光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 ,分别为 2 ,4 ,6- trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-(6′-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside(1) ,(± )- lyoniresinol(2 ) ,daucosterol(3) ,β sitosterol(4) ,gallicacid(5 )。 结论 :化合物 1~ 4为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Bauhinia championii. METHOD: Compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of B. championii by silica gel column Chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses. RESULT: Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as 2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol 1-O-beta-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside (1), (+/-)-lyoniresinol (2), daucosterol (3), beta-sitosterol (4) and gallic acid (5). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-4 were isolated from B. championii for the first time.
