| 摘 要： | 本文报道对１２８例非何杰金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）病人的淋巴结或和脾脏组织进行细胞学初筛、病理组织学复诊及选用一系列单克隆抗体，用流式细胞术作免疫表型的检查结果，结果表明，免疫表型检查有助于确定绝大多数ＮＨＬ病例肿瘤增生细胞的Ｔ或Ｂ性质及克隆性，部分病例经基因型分析，其细胞源性或克隆性均得以鉴定。

| Abstract: | Lymph node and /or spleen tissues of 128 patients with non-hodgkin's lymphoma wereanalysed by cytology and pathology.Immunophenotype was analysed also by flow-cytometry with a seriesof monoclonal antibodies (McAb).It was found that immnophenotype is important for determining T of Bcell lineage and monoclonality of vast majority of tumour cells.Some of them were studied by genetype,theresult showed the cell lineage or monocolonality. |
