血肿体外演变及其溶解实验

摘    要:目的 通过建立模型了解脑出血後血块在庙内变化过程,并了解不同时期的血块在不同浓度的血肿溶解液中的溶解情况。方法 模拟脑出血患者颅内血肿的物理环境,进行动态观察;在不同时期,用YL-I型戏内血肿穿刺针抽吸血肿;并取不同时期的血块进行溶解。观察不同浓度的溶解液封血肿的溶解情况。结果 1、血块在模拟颅内物理环境下逐步溶解。2、血肿随着溶解而更易被穿刺针抽吸,且易被血肿溶解液溶解。3、尿激酶封血块有绝对溶解能力。肝素封血块的溶解作用不明显。结论颅内血肿在出血疆第6小时易被抽出.血肿也易被屁激醢溶解而引出.肝膏对血肿的溶解作用不明显。

Abstract:Objective To fred out the change of hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage and to know how hematoma can be dissolved in the different liquor with different consistence at the different time by establishing model. Methods Impersonate the physical milieu of intracerebral hemorrhage and observe it dynamically. At different time, to prick and draw the model ofhematoma with YL-1 pricker, cut a piece of it and make it dissolved in different liquor, observe and note the change of liquor. Results 1. Hematoma was dissolved in the physical milieu of intracerebral hematoma gradually. 2. With dissolving, hematoma can be drawn with YL-1 pricker and dissolved with different liquor easily. 3. Hematoma can be dissolved exactly with Urokinase for injection, but not with Heparin Sodium injection. Conclusion Intracerebral hematoma can be drawn easily after 6 hours of intracerebral hemorrhage, lntracerebral hematoma can be dissolved with Urokinase for injection easily, but not with Heparin Sodium injection.
