星形胶质细胞在大鼠下丘脑的分布

摘    要:目的:观察星形胶质细胞在正常大鼠下丘脑的分布。方法:利用免疫组织化学技术,观察胶原纤维酸性蛋白(Glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP)在下丘脑的表达。结果:GFAP阳性细胞在第三脑室室周区、视上核、下丘脑室旁核外侧大细胞部、正中隆起大量分布;下丘脑其他区域或核团,如前区、外侧区、前外侧核、视交叉上核、室旁核小细胞部、弓状核、腹内侧核等内分布稀疏。结论:星形胶质细胞在正常大鼠下丘脑的分布有明显区域性,可能与其相应区域的生理活动与调节功能有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of astrocytes in the hypothalamus of rats. Methods: Cellular localization of GFAP-labelling cells were mapped in the subdivisions of the hypothalamus of rats with immunohis-tochemistry staining. Results: Dense immunoreactivities of GFAP were found in the periventricular area of the third cerebral ventricle, the supraoptic nucleus, the lateral magnocellular part of the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus and the median eminence. While only slight GFAP-immunoreactivities was presented in other areas or nuclei of the hypothalamus, such as the anterior area, the lateral area, the lateroanterior nucleus, the suprachi-asmatic nucleus, the arcuate nucleus, the parvocelluar part of the paraventricular nucleus and the ventromedial nuclei i. e. Conclusion: The distribution of astrocytes shows a regional specification characteristic in the hypothalamus of rats, which might be related to some corresponding physiological activities and functions upon these subdivisions.
