| 摘 要： | 目的 研究单味中药精制颗粒剂在临床应用的药效物质基础。方法 采用Hypersil C18，甲醇-0．1％磷酸水溶液(85：15)作流动相，检到波长254nm。结果 大黄酚峰能与其它峰完全分离，分煎液大黄酚平均回收率99．41％，RSD＝2．27％，合煎液大黄酚平均回收率101．01％，RSD＝0．45％。结论 分煎液大黄酚含量高于合煎液。
