帕罗西汀与阿米替林治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

目的 验证帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法 将符合CCMD－2－R诊断标准的66例老年抑郁症患者随机分成两组，分别用帕罗西汀和阿米替林治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、临床总体评定量表（CGI）评定疗效，采用副反应量表（TESS）评定副反应。结果 帕罗西汀显效率为78.79%，与阿米替林75.76%相近，两组疗效比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05)。帕罗西汀副反应较阿米替林少而轻。结论 帕罗西汀是值得推崇的治疗老年抑郁症的较理想的药物。

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF PAROXETINE AND AMITRIPTYLINE IN THE TREATMENT OF SENILE MELANCHOLIA

Objective To confirm the curative effect and safety of paroxetine in the treatment of senile melancholia.Methods Sixty patients who met the CCMD 2 R criteria of senile melancholia in the study were divided into two groups randomly.The two groups were treated with paroxetine and amitriptyline respectively for six weeks.The curative effects were assessed according to Hamilton depression rating scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and the clinical global impression.The side effects were assessed according to the treatment emergent symptom scale.Results 78.79% of the patients treated with paroxetine and 75.76% of the patients treated with amitriptyline got obvious curative effects.No obvious difference was found between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine can be widely used as an ideal drug in the treatment of senile melancholia.
