中药川芎指纹图谱共有模式的建立及其在药材质量控制中的应用

摘    要:本文详述了笔者运用现代分析手段,根据川芎所含化学成分的特性,分别建立气相色谱和高效液相色谱指纹图谱共有模式。为控制川芎药材质量提供了一种新的思路,同时,在气相色谱和高压液相色谱分析研究的基础上,选取主流产地中多个相似度较高的样品进行峰位(保留时间)的校正,使谱峰匹配,建立了川芎对照用气相色谱指纹图谱和高效液相色谱指纹图谱(共有模式)。以川芎指纹图谱共有模式为标准,对来源于不同地区,不同规格,不同年份的川芎进行了比较,并与抚芎、山川芎作了比较。

Abstract:Pan Yang,Wang Tianshan and Yang Guangming(Jiangsu Zhongkang New Drug&Fingerprinting R&D Inc.,Nanjing210029,Jiangsu Province)Zhou Houcheng(Sichuan Green Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.of Science and Technology,Chengdu610031,Sichuan Province) By modern analytical means and in accordance with the properties of Chuanxiong's Chemical components,the mutual mode of GC and HPCC fingerprints of Chuanxiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.)is established respectively,by which a new approach to assessing the quality of Ligusticum chuanxiong of various sources and different types is provided.And on the basis of analyses and studies via GC and HPCC,four kinds of chanxiong samples with high similarity,which come from principal places of their production are selected to establish the mutual mode of GC and HPLC fingerprints of Chuanxiong by matching chromatographic patterns and correcting the retention times.As the result Chuanxiong of various types,from different sources and at different ages are compared one another,including Fuxiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.)and hanchuanxiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.)
