儿童白内障手术疗效的临床分析

目的：观察儿童白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的治疗效果；探讨术中和术后并发症的防治。方法：收治儿童白内障67例71眼，其中先天性白内障19眼，外伤性白内障51眼，并发性白内障1眼，行晶体囊外摘除联合后房人工晶体植入术67眼，术后随访观察1－12月，结果：术后58眼（81．7％）脱盲（视力＞0．05），44眼（62％）视力0．1－0．3，15眼（21．1％）视力大于0．4。术后主要并发症为角膜水肿，葡萄膜炎，瞳孔夹持，继发性青光眼，后囊混浊，弱视和斜视，结论：儿童先天性白内障或外伤性白内障摘除联合后房人工晶体植入，可有效提高患眼的视功能，而术后的弱视治疗对术后患儿视功能的重建具有重要作用。

Clinical analysis on efficiency of pediatric cataract surgery in 71 eyes

Objective To investigate the surgical effects of pediatric cataract with intraocular lens implantation and the measures to prevent intra and post operative complications. Methods Seventy one eyes (19 congenital cataract, 51 traumatic cataract, and 1 complicated cataract) in 67 children aging from 5 months to 12 years were treated with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. The children were followed up for 1 to 12 months. Results Fifty eight (81.7%)eyes were relieved from blindness, 44(62%)eyes got visual acuity of 6/60 18/60, and 15(21.1%) eyes had 24/60 or better. Postoperative complications were seen as corneal edema, fibrinous uveitis, pupillary capture, secondary glaucoma,posterior capsular opacification, amblyopia and strabismus. Conclusion Pediatric congenital and traumatic cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation results in a good visual improvement, and amblyopia treatment is essential in vision acuity recovery.
