| 摘 要： | 目的对外固定治疗四肢骨折出现的并发症进行分析，提出防治措施。方法统计1996～2000年使用外固定治疗四肢骨折98例，对其出现的21例并发症进行统计、分类。结果在21例并发症中，关节功能障碍7例，骨折成角移位2例，骨折延迟愈合2例，不愈合1例，钉道感染、渗液5例，固定钉松动9例。结论外固定治疗骨折出现的并发症主要与适应证选择、手术操作及术后管理相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the various complications caused by fracture treatment with single external fixation apparatus(SEFA) and provide corresponding treatments.Methods 98 cases of limb fractures treated with SEFA were reviewed from 1996 to 2000.Results A total of 21 cases developed complications including 7 cases of joint malfunction,2 of fracture displacement,9 of delayed union,1 of nonunion,5 of effusion or infection of nail path and 9 of nail instability.Conclusion SEFA complications mainly relate to improper selection of cases,misplaying fixiation apparatus in operation and inadequate follow up. |
