2002-2008年东莞市东坑镇中小学生常见病分析

目的分析东莞市东坑镇中小学生常见病流行病学状况。方法利用描述性统计分析方法对2002-2008年中小学生常见病流行状况进行分析。结果2002-2008年东莞市东坑镇中小学生常见病平均患病率以视力低下最高（37.32%）,其次为龋齿（22.16%）,营养不良、肥胖、沙眼、贫血、蛔虫分别为11.63%、8.95%、5.07%、2.80%和2.51%,视力低下、肥胖、营养不良、沙眼等常见病患病率存在性别、年级及户籍差别,其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论东莞市东坑镇中小学生主要常见病为视力低下、肥胖、营养不良、沙眼等,应继续加强以健康教育为先导的中小学生常见病防治管理。

Analysis on Common Diseases of Drimary/Mieddle School Students in Dongken Town of Dongguan,2002-2008

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of common diseases of students and offer scientific references for making intervention measures and control decision. Methods An analysis was performed on epidemic situation of common diseases of primary and middle school students from 2002 to 2008 in Dongkeng town of Dongguan. Results From 2002 to 2008, the rates of myopia and obesity increased. The prevalence of main common diseases like malnutrition were different by sex, grade and census register. The average prevalence rate of myopia was highest （37.32%） , followed by decayed tooth （22.16%）. Conclusion The rates of students＇ common diseases increased by year. We should strengthen the work of control and management of students＇ common diseases, especially heath education.
