Potential legal problem during the nursing of the osseo-traumatic department and precaution

To strengthen law consciousness of nursing of the osseo-traumatic department,the authors mentioned the potential law problems including nursing writing, nursing manipulation, first-aid pharmacy, apparatus management, the privacy and privy right of patients, communication between patients and nurses, medical cost and so on. In order to assure the rights and benefits of both patients and nurses, the authors put forward protective measures of studying law knowledge, carrying out the standards of nursing techniques strictly, formulating nursing documents, assuring the first-aid pharmacy and apparatus available, dealing with the privacy and privy right of patients appropriately, enhancing communication between patients and nurses.
