| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胎儿生长受限（FGR）患者母体血清中促甲状腺激素的变化规律。方法：对拟诊的34例FGR患者进行实时监测其母体血清促甲状腺素（TSH）水平。并与18例同期正常妊娠者比较。结果：从妊娠32～37周,确诊FGR患者母体TSH水平均较对照组高（P〈0.01）;拟诊FGR患者母体TSH水平也较对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论：母体甲状腺功能不良与确诊和拟诊FGR的发病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the maternal serum thyroidstimulating-hormone(TSH) with fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods:The serum TSH was detected in 34 gravida with FGR and 18 nomal gravida.Results:From 32 to 37 weeks of pregnancy,the concentration of TSH in gravida with confirmed diagnostic FGR was higher than that in contral group(P<0.01),and the concentration of TSH in gravida with preliminary diagnostic FGR was higher than that in contral group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The confirmed diagnostic and preliminary diagnostic FGR are connected with maternal dysthyroidism. |
