强化腰椎间盘突出症的诱因在健康教育中的应用

摘    要:目的提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的健康教育效果,改变患者不健康的行为。方法将175例腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)患者按抛币法随机分为观察组93例,对照组82例。对照组按常规进行疾病相关知识宣教,观察组除宣教疾病相关知识外,重点结合患者此次发病的诱因讲解LIDP的诱因。观察两组患者健康教育的效果,包括掌握疾病相关知识、健康信念的形成、健康行为的改变及两组患者对护理工作的满意度,并进行比较。结果观察组掌握疾病相关知识、健康信念的形成明显优于对照组(P〈0.01),健康行为的改变、患者对护理工作的满意度优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育时强化腰椎间盘突出症的诱因可以提高健康教育效果,有利于培养患者的健康行为。

Abstract:Objective To improve the effect of health education for patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc (LIDP) and change their unhealthy behaviors. Methods 175 patients with LIDP were divided into obServation group (93 patients) and control group (82 patients). In control group, patients were given conventional health education about disease knowledge, while in observation group, patients were given related knowledge of disease combined with knowledge of inducement of LIDP. Effects of health education in both groups which included grasping related knowledge, forming of health beliefs, changing of health behavior and patients' satisfactory rate towards nurse were compared. Results Observation group was better than control group in grasping knowledge of disease, forming health beliefs, changing health behavior and patients' satisfactory rate(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion The introduction of health education of inducement of LIDP can improve the effectiveness of health education and cultivate the healthy behavior.
