| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨槐花的提取工艺对槐花颗粒剂芦丁含量的影响。方法 采用水提取法、水提醇沉法和醇提取法分别提取槐花后制备颗粒剂 ,然后用紫外分光光度法测定其芦丁的含量。结果 水提取法和醇提取法制备的槐花颗粒剂芦丁含量相接近 ,水提醇沉法最低。结论 水提取法制备槐花颗粒剂 ,方法合理可行 ,而水提醇沉法不可取

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of extraction process on the content of rutin in Huaihua granules.Methods The granules were prepared by three kinds of extraction process that were the water extraction(WE),the alcohol extraction(AE),and the water extraction by precipitation with alcohol (WAE).The content of rutin was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Results The content of rutin in Huaihua granules by WE was not evidently different from that by AE.Of three kinds,the content of rutin in Huaihua granules by WAE was lowest.Conclusion It is suitable to prepare Huaihua granules using the water extraction(WE). |
