乡村卫生人力资源现状调查与分析

摘    要:目的了解乡村卫生人力资源现状及存在的问题,为相关部门制定卫生人力资源发展规划提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法对乡村卫生人力资源状况进行调查。结果卫生从业人员年龄分布基本合理,性别分布较合理,但学历和职称分布不合理,本科以上学历较少,大部分为中专和大专学历,以初级职称为主,专业分布不合理,主要以临床和护理专业为主,公共卫生人员偏少。结论乡村卫生从业人员学历和职称偏低(所调查的村医均无职称),卫生人力资源配置不平衡。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status and problems of human resources for rural health in Tongxin County, and to provide reference for the relevant departments the development plan of health human resource. Method A random sampling method was carried out to investigate the health human resources situation in rural areas. Result The age and gender of health staff was basically in rational distribution, but the educational qualifications and professional titles of staff was in irrational distribution, which was mainly secondary and tertiary education, and majority was on junior level. The professional distribution was unreasonable, mainly in clinical and nursing specialty, and public health staff was less than normal. Conclusion The qualifications and professional titles of rural health practitioners were lower than usual in Tongxin County, and the allocation of health human resources was unbalanced.
