摘    要:目的 探讨JCI护理要求的变化对病人满意度的影响。 方法 JCI护理管理的改进和JCI认证前后病人满意度调查。结果 护理有关的满意度明显提高(p=0.000),很满意比例提高。结论 JCI护理管理要求有助于患者护理满意度的提高。

Abstract:Purpose to explore the effect of JCI review on improving nursing standards and patient satisfaction Method Through continuous nursing management improvement and patient satisfaction survey before and after JCI accreditation. Result The patient satisfaction related to nursing quality is significantly higher after JCI accreditation(p=0.000) and the rate of very much satisfied is higher as well. Conclusion The improvement in nursing management based on JCI standards help increases patient satisfaction in a hospital setting.
