| 摘 要： | 目的：观察破格救心汤对心肌梗塞后心功能3级及以上患者脑钠肽的临床疗效。方法：选取心肌梗塞后心功能3级及以上患者68例，采用常规西药治疗无效时，加用破格救心汤治疗，分别在1周后，2周后复查脑钠肽指标。结果：显效45例，有效15例，无效8例，总有效率88.23%。结论：破格救心汤对心肌梗塞后心衰患者脑钠肽的改变临床疗效肯定。

Clinical observation on effects of the Poge Jiuxin decoction on BNP of 68 heart failure patients after myocardial infarction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate effects of the Poge Jiuxin decoction on BNP. Methods： 68 patients with HF III above, no effects with routine modem medicine, were treated with the decoction; for 1 and 2 weeks the BNP index were recorded. Results： Markedly： 45 cases, effective in 15 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency 88.23%. Conclusion： the decoction were effective on patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction of BNP. |
