推拿在中西医结合治疗特发性面神经麻痹中的疗效观察

目的：观察推拿在中西医结合治疗特发性面神经麻痹中的疗效，探讨总结推拿治疗该病的经验。方法：将120例特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组，各60例。治疗组在中西医治疗中使用推拿治疗；对照组不使用推拿。对比观察两组病例的疗效。结果：90d内治愈率治疗组96.67%，对照组86.67%；获治愈病例的平均恢复期治疗组35.78d，对照组40.40d。两组疗效及疗程比较，差异均有统计学意义（x2＝3.93，P<0.05；u 恢复期＝2.13，P<0.05）。结论：特发性面神经麻痹治疗中使用推拿可明显提高治愈率，缩短恢复期病程，且操作简便安全，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy observation on treating idiopathic facial nerve paralysis by massage

Objective： To observe the curative effect of massage in treating idiopathic facial palsy in the integrative medicine, summary of the treatment experience of massage. Methods： 120 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, each of 60 cases. The treated group was given massage therapy （which in the integrative medicine）, the control group did not use massage. The efficacies of the two groups were observed. Results： The cure rate of the treated group was 96.67% within 90 days, and was 86.67% of the control group; the average recovery of the cured cases of the treated group was 35.78 days, and was 40.40 days of the control group, efficacy and treatment of two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant （x2=3.93, P〈0.05; u recovery = 2.13, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using massage for treating idiopathic facial paralysis could significantly improve the cure rate and shorten the duration of the recovery period, and the operation was simple, safe, worthy of clinical application.
