| 摘 要： | 从古到今，中外医家都把体质作为一个重要的课题去研究。不同体质的人针刺感觉，效果是不同的，更需要结合体制辨证施针。在《灵枢·行针》中把人分为5种人，对于指导针灸临床有非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： Since ancient times, Chinese and foreign physicians regarded the constitution as an important topic to research. Different physical persons have different pinprick sensation and effects; more requires a combination of institutional dialectical acupuncture. Lingshu Xingzhen divided people into 5 kinds, have very important meanings for guiding acupuncture. |
