利胆消黄汤联合针灸治疗梗阻性黄疸术后持续黄疸36例

目的：探讨利胆消黄汤联合针灸治疗梗阻性黄疸术后持续黄疸的临床疗效。方法：将72例梗阻性黄疸术后持续黄疸患者随机分为对照组和观察组各36例；对照组给予保肝西药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用利胆消黄汤联合针灸治疗，对比两组治疗结果。结果：观察组血清胆红素日均降幅与黄疸消退时间均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组安全性差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：利胆消黄汤联合针灸治疗梗阻性黄疸术后持续黄疸，可加快血清胆红素下降幅度，明显缩短病程，值得临床进一步研究推广。

Treating 36 cases of persistent jaundice after obstructive jaundice with the Lidan Xiaohuang decoction combined with acupuncture

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of persistent jaundice after obstructive jaundice with the Lidan Xiaohuang decoction combined with acupuncture. Methods： 72 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 36 cases; the control group was treated by modern medicine, the observation group was treated by Lidan Xiaohuang decoction combined with acupuncture based on control group, to compare the result. Results： The average decline of serum bilirubin and time of jaundice in the observation group was better than the control group, there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）, no statistically significant differences between two groups of safety （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Persistent jaundice after obstructive jaundice with the Lidan Xiaohuang decoction combined with acupuncture can accelerate the decline in serum bilirubin; shorten the course of treatment, worthy of further clinical study.
