| 摘 要： | 目的：观察在西医常规处理基础上加用中医药治疗糖尿病性胃肠病的效果。方法：将糖尿病性胃肠病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组均予西医常规处理。治疗组以参苓白术散为基础方，辨证加减施治。治疗前后分别评定患者胃肠病症状的总分值，求得疗效指数，评定疗效；结果：中西医结合治疗糖尿病性胃肠病，总有效率达96.82%。疗效明显优于单纯西医常规处理。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病性胃肠病效果显著，值得进一步研究应用。

Clinical experience for treating diabetic gastroenteropathy in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of the integrative medicine on treating diabetic gastroenteropathy. Methods： Diabetic gastroenteropathy patients were randomly divided into treated group and control group, the two groups were given conventional modem medicine treatment. The control group was based on Shenling Baizhu powder. The total score of patients with gastrointestinal symptoms were evaluated before and after treatment, the curative effect was evaluated. Results： The integrative medicine in treating diabetic gastroenteropathy, the total efficiency was 96.82%. Efficacy was better than routine modem medical treatment. Conclusion： The integrative medicine is significantly effective on treating diabetic gastroenteropathy, worthy of a wide clinical application. |
