探讨甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮联合中药保守治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效

目的：探讨了甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮联合中药保守治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的输卵管妊娠患者62例的临床治疗，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取单一采用甲氨蝶呤治疗，观察组采用甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮、中药联合治疗，对比两组的疗效及不良反应。结果：两组间有效率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。包块缩小率、血β-HCG下降≥30%、平均住院时间及输卵管再通率有显著差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮、中药联合治疗输卵管妊娠治愈率高、安全可行。

Clinical efficacy of the methotrexate, mifepristone combined with TCM on treating tubal pregnancy

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the methotrexate, mifepristone combined with TCM on treating tubal pregnancy. Methods： A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 62 patients with tubal pregnancy in our hospital, 62 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, the control group was treated with methotrexate only, the observation group was treated with the methotrexate, mifepristone combined with TCM, the efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results： The response rate between the two groups showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Mass reduction ratio, serum fl-HCG decreased ≥30%, the average length of stay and fallopian tube recanalization rates were significantly different, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The methotrexate, mifepristone combined with TCM had the high cure ratein treating tubal pregnancy, was safe and feasible.
